Data Deletion

Your right under NDPR · Most requests processed within 24 hours

Before you submit

Deletion is permanent. Once we process this, your order history, saved addresses, WhatsApp conversation logs, and account profile will be removed. Records we’re legally required to keep (tax, regulatory) will be anonymised but cannot be erased entirely.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, phone, email, and saved addresses
  • Operator notes attached to your profile
  • Your WhatsApp conversation history with our bot
  • Your saved alternative phones and preferred-name labels
  • Ratings and feedback you’ve submitted

What we keep (anonymised)

  • Order totals (linked to a non-identifying transaction ID, for tax)
  • Payment transaction records (Paystack reference + last 4 of card, for tax)
  • Aggregate statistics that don’t identify you

The phone number you used to message Derin’s Pot. We’ll verify ownership before processing.

You don’t have to tell us why. If you do, it helps us improve the service.
